Prior to install note steps 6 and 7 in the installation procedure for Windows OS has been changed.
Step 6. Connect the machine to the computer via USB cable, and turn the power switch of the machine on.
Step 7. When the [USB port setting] dialog box appear, click [OK]

Note on RISO Kagaku Corp. Software
Chrome (and other browsers) automatically block unknown downloads that are deemed files not commonly downloaded. This RISO software is model specific and not commonly downloaded so may be blocked or flagged.
