Problem:
The length of the image exceeds the frame length selected on the GOCCOPRO.
- A3 Image sent with length 420, Frame select is set to 320 (A4).
- Insufficient margin has been set for the design to frame area.

Solution:
1. Press the Clear Button to cancel the error.
2. Change the Fame Select button to 'Minimum', or a Custom Option longer than image area.

This is a precaution built into the software to ensure images are not cut short by placing long designs onto short Mesh pieces.

Permanent solution is to always set the Frame Select to 'Minimum'.

A codes relate to a Master Jam or Master Feed Error.
Common cause is a small piece of Master remains inside the machine (where the end of the roll did not process), or Master has not correctly been inserted.

A201/ A202/ A211/ A214/ A215 Error - Sensor has detected Master inside the machine, likely the end of the roll was not pulled through after the last design.
- Using your card with double sided tape, peel back a layer of tape and insert into the rear of the machine first, tape side upwards.
- If Master is not removed, open the TPH and insert card (tape upwards) into the machine and wiggle to remove.

A209 Error - Cutter position does not match home position setting.
- Open the TPH, rewind the Master all the way back onto the roll, close the TPH unit with no Master inserted.
- Cutter unit will make one rotation and stops at the home position
- Reinsert the Master back under the TPH, lower and close TPH, Master will feed and machine will reset at the home position.

A218/221 Error - Sensor has not detected the leading edge of the Master inside the machine
- Open the TPH, remove the Master and refeed the Master into the machine (under the green bar), lower the TPH to reset the Master position.
- Master will feed under TPH, then pull back to start position.

D210 - Master not set - Insert the Master roll.
D212 - Master Upper Cover is open - Close TPH and Machine Cover.
D226 - Master Unit Cover is open - Close TPH and Machine Cover.

F Codes - Excessive graphics in original data has triggered software protection of TPH overheating.
D229 - Possible original image is 1200/2400dpi, reduce image quality to 600dpi (keep same size).
